Heat Treatment
Akmetal is capable to make all necessary heat treatments in-house by PLC
controlled ovens and with recording systems.
One furnace is calibrated according to API 6D & AMS 2750D temperature uniformity
survey with ± 13°C @ 1090°C which is unique requirement for austenitic, duplex
and super duplex materials.

- Soft Annealing
- Normalizing
- Liquid Quenching
- Tempering
- Stress Relieving
